Position Overview
We are looking for a determined and team-oriented person to join our team as a Site Manager.

Description

• Survey, design, specification, and estimation of projects during the tender stage.
• Full project ownership from receipt of design through to execution and delivery.
• Assist in creating a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) based on client requirements.
• Manage project documentation to ensure proper tracking.
• Deliver technical presentations demonstrating product benefits to clients.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities to maximize potential.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate work schedule.
• Monitor, control, and manage in-house project operations to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate relevant project information effectively to teams.
• Manage change notices and change orders.
• Arrange equipment delivery and ensure proper stock management.
• Evaluate operational performance and develop strategic improvement plans.
• Occasional hands-on involvement when necessary.

Basic Requirements

• At least 5 years of Data Centre experience.
• Experience with Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a cabling solutions.
• Knowledge of OM3/OM4/OM5/OS1/OS2 cabling solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Visio.
• CAD experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt flexibly.
• Well-organized, proactive, and responsible.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
