Your Responsibilities Include

• Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Führung einer Wohngruppe im Bereich Langzeitpflege
• Direct personnel management: planning, development, and support of the caregiving team
• Promoting a motivating work climate and solution-oriented team culture
• Ensuring professional care and support according to internal standards
• Collaborating closely with relatives, doctors, and internal specialists
• Participation in cross-departmental projects and quality assurance
• Contributing to caregiving and support activities

What You Bring

• Diploma as a registered nurse (HF/FH) or equivalent qualification
• Further training or substantial experience in personnel management and team leadership
• Ideally experience in long-term care
• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and leadership enthusiasm
• Resilience, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented attitude
