We’re seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll help build and scale our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability as we expand across global markets. You’ll work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to streamline deployment and improve performance across all environments.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
• Automate operational processes and support developer productivity
• Improve release processes and environment consistency across dev, staging, and prod
• Troubleshoot incidents and participate in on-call rotation (if applicable)

• 3+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and shell scripting
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiar with CI/CD practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud best practices
• Fluent in English; based in Switzerland or within CET ±2
