Due to business expansion, we are looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who will provide exceptional service to their clients and candidates. You’ll play a key role in developing our IT talent pipeline and contributing to the ongoing growth of our business. We are offering a great salary and commission scheme as well as other benefits for top performers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates in the FinTech and banking sectors
  • Identifying hiring needs and sourcing top-tier IT professionals using innovative techniques (headhunting, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Supporting the full recruitment cycle – from initial contact to placement
  • Collaborating with colleagues across our global offices to maximize business opportunities
  • Delivering an exceptional experience to every client and candidate you work with
  • Focus on clients and candidates on building and developing long-term relationships

Skills / Experience :

  • Strong interest in recruitment, sales, or business development – previous experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills in English;German is a strong advantage
  • A proactive, confident personality and a genuine desire to succeed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Passion for the tech industry and curiosity to keep learning
