The senior research executive will have the following main responsibilities:

  1. Actively manage client relationships throughout most research stages.
  2. Serve as an effective project liaison between the research team and other company departments to monitor activities as they progress.
  3. Assist experienced researchers in drafting impactful, clear questionnaires that meet client objectives, or proceed independently with questionnaire development.
  4. Ensure the delivery of high-quality data to clients and maintain high standards throughout the process by controlling data quality and consistency with the project.
  5. Prepare reports with optimized data visualization, analyze content based on facts and data, and work autonomously on recommendations.
  6. Participate actively in all client conversations, briefs, and debriefs.
  7. Learn Ipsos methodologies, storytelling, and client-first principles to become a trusted client partner.

The desired skills and experiences to become a senior research executive include:

  • University degree, preferably in marketing, market research, social sciences, communication sciences, or similar.
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience within market research agencies.
  • Market analysis skills, from data to insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and liaise with various internal and external contacts.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Collaborative and supportive mindset.
  • International outlook and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for marketing, brands, and communication, with professional experience in the domain.
  • Knowledge of languages other than English is an advantage.
