The opportunity

As part of our Finance team in Business Consulting, you will support our clients with the digital transformation and optimization of financial processes, focusing on SAP Controlling and Product Costing within the SAP S/4 HANA Finance environment. Your role will encompass both strategic and conceptual aspects.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the CFO organization in the implementation of company-wide transformation programs, from strategy development to implementation.
• Design and implement Controlling, Product Costing, and Reporting solutions within SAP S/4 HANA, including SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Integrate SAP applications such as SAP Margin Analysis and PaPM.
• Enable the finance function of the future, focusing on corporate governance, business intelligence, and financial process optimization with SAP technology.
• Utilize SAP S/4 HANA Finance to provide transparent information on profitability and costs.
• Review and optimize financial processes leveraging SAP Best Practices.
• Assist colleagues in process analysis and SAP Controlling topics training.
• Contribute to practice development through training, articles, and conference presentations.
• Set up holistic ERP solutions using interdisciplinary services.
• Continuously train on new SAP technologies, with opportunities for SAP certification.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify, you should have:

• A university degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field with excellent results.
• 3-5 years of consulting experience focused on Finance and Controlling, especially SAP Product Costing and Profitability Analysis.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA Controlling implementations, including core processes like Product Costing or Profitability Analysis.
• Understanding of financial end-to-end processes such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Source-to-Settle, with knowledge in Production Controlling.
• Experience in SAP transformation phases, translating business needs into IT designs, and conducting Fit-to-standard workshops.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English and German or French.

Ideally, additional experience in Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer Products, or Industrial Products sectors.
