Junior Financial Controller 100%

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and timely delivery of monthly management reports and analysis
• Monitor the progress of reporting tasks within the Group Accounting and Reporting Team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Assist in the monthly, half-year, and year-end closing processes according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER
• Support intercompany reconciliation activities during month-end closings
• Help maintain and further develop reporting tools (e.g. OneStream, SAP Business Warehouse)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify accounting issues and support accurate reporting
• Contribute to various projects related to financial reporting, standard setting, and process optimization
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks to support the overall functioning of the Group Accounting and Reporting Team
• Provide ad-hoc support to senior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or similar field
• First experience (e.g. internships or entry-level roles) in accounting, controlling, or audit is an asset
• Basic understanding of IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FER
• Initial experience or strong interest in working with tools like OneStream, SAP R/3, SAP BW, or similar systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; willingness to further develop technical reporting skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive with a structured approach to work
• Eager to learn in a dynamic, international environment
• Team-oriented, hands-on, and willing to support both analytical and administrative tasks
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
