Our client is a globally renowned Travel Management Company (TMC) seeking an exceptional Senior Account Manager. This role involves managing a small portfolio of high-profile clients across 70+ countries.

The primary goal is to maintain strong client relationships, ensure client retention during the contractual period, and negotiate new contract terms at the end of each agreement.

The role is responsible for the commercial performance of each client, aligned with the agreed commercial terms.

You will need to adopt a proactive, commercial approach with clients and be hands-on in development and problem-solving to meet both client and company expectations.

In addition to strong interpersonal skills typical of a senior client-facing role, you should possess advanced knowledge of the business travel industry, the ability to handle a range of information, and commercial awareness.

Previous experience in TMC account management is essential, ideally with 10+ years managing global accounts with an industry-leading TMC.

This position is based in Switzerland.
