The Role

As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager , you’ll take ownership of digital acquisition across the DACH market. You’ll drive SEO and paid campaign strategy, enhance visibility across channels, and ensure high-impact lead generation - all while collaborating with Product, Content, and Sales teams to deliver results that matter.

This is a high-visibility role offering progression into leadership for someone ready to scale with the business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEA, and Paid Social
  • Launch and optimise LinkedIn, Google Ads, and display campaigns to drive pipeline growth
  • Lead technical and content SEO to increase rankings and organic traffic
  • Analyse campaign performance, manage budgets, and run A / B tests to improve ROI
  • Partner with Sales and Content teams to ensure messaging resonates and converts
  • Experiment with AI-optimised search strategies for future-forward visibility

What Does Success Look Like? A strong lead pipeline from both organic and paid sources, increased search visibility in the DACH region, and tangible contribution to revenue goals.

What You’ll Bring :

  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience - ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Deep SEO knowledge (technical and content-based) with proven ranking success
  • Strong experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display Ads
  • Fluency in German and English (essential)
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, SEMrush, GA4, and Tag Manager
  • Data-driven mindset with a test-learn-iterate approach
  • Proactive, curious, and passionate about performance marketing
