Director - Investment Management

Our client, a leading banking group, is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Director with a focus on Investments, Private Equity, and Real Estate. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with a broad spectrum of corporate and institutional clients, advising them on complex financing needs. Leveraging your deep expertise in financial modeling, transaction execution, and deal structuring, you will play a key role in supporting high-impact advisory and financing mandates across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support the origination and execution of M&A, structured finance, and investment advisory transactions.
2. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and customized capital structure solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity firms, real estate investors, and corporate clients.
4. Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis to assess transaction feasibility and returns.
5. Prepare high-quality pitchbooks, client presentations, and investment memoranda for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitor analysis to identify trends and support business development initiatives.
7. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across legal, compliance, and risk to ensure seamless deal execution.
8. Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal training programs, particularly in modeling and transaction structuring.
9. Stay current on market trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in corporate finance and investments.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in German, with proven experience in M&A, private equity, real estate investment, or corporate finance advisory. Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively at all levels of business.
