Microsoft System Administrator - h / f

Windows & Active Directory Administration

• Administer Active Directory, including :

User and computer management.

• DHCP and DNS configuration.
• Group Policy Objects (GPO) management.
• PKI infrastructure administration.
• Implement and manage :

Folder redirection.

• FSLogix solutions.
• Roaming profiles.
• VPN infrastructure.
• NTFS and share permissions.
• Domain trusts and security groups (US, GS, LS).
• Create technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Configure and manage Azure enterprise applications.
• Manage conditional access policies.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services :

Exchange Online.

• SharePoint.
• Teams.

Monitoring & Support

• Manage the ManageEngine OpManager monitoring system.
• Participate in support rotations :
• Weekly on-call duties (1st or 2nd level, depending on experience).

Client & Peripheral Management (Server and Workstation Environments)

• Configure and maintain user environments :

Local and remote desktops.

• Default configurations via GPO.
• Manage printer infrastructure :

Print server configuration.

• Automated deployment.
• Office and production environment setup.
• Extensive experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Good understanding of network infrastructure and security concepts
• Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware)
• Knowledge of backup solutions (VEEAM)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• English and German
