Job Description NOTE: This role is location-agnostic! Summary of the Role:
Partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs), Functions, and Local Affiliates (LOCs) to design, scale, and operationalize prioritized Analytics and Data Science products. Lead AI and Analytics experiments, act as a thought leader, and drive the integration and adoption of analytics and data science products. Collaborate with data management and ensure sustainable AI supported by data governance and integration, while evolving the technical ecosystem in partnership with global data and technology teams.
Key Accountabilities:
- Partner with COEs, functions & LOCs to shape delivery and design and scale/operationalize prioritized Analytics and AI products (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling, Predictive Sales, Dossier Builder, etc.)
- Drive, oversee, and lead AI & Analytics innovative experiments and show leadership in exploring possibilities
- Drive scaling of analytics and data science across functions, LOCs, and brands to achieve GPD objectives
- Instruct COEs, LOCs, and functions on leveraging AI enterprise technology and ensure delivery capability in the ICCs
- Act as a thought leader for analytics and data science within the organization
- Support the organization through interpretation of analytical outputs, gather feedback, and recommend improvements
- Partner with other capabilities and services (e.g., campaign operations, medical excellence) to drive tool and asset integration
- Collaborate with data management roles to ensure sustainable AI and analytics supported by data governance, master data management, and data integration
- Work with global data & technology teams to evolve the technical ecosystem supporting relevant use cases
Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field, supported by at least 3 years of work experience
- 8+ years of relevant technical experience, including systems analysis, design, and implementation
- Project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python) and database query languages (e.g., SQL)
- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and compliance
- Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics platforms
- Deep understanding of Data, Analytics, and AI applications within the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional initiatives
