The Global Portfolios Office (GPO) and New York Portfolios Office (NYPO) support the UN Secretariat and other UN entities in project management, infrastructure, and procurement. The Sustainable Development Cluster (SDC) supports peacebuilding, humanitarian, and development operations across approximately 125 countries.
UNOPS has an agreement with the UN to support the OHCHR Innovation and Analytics Hub (IAH), which aims to foster innovation and strengthen data and technology use within OHCHR.
Under supervision of the UNOPS Project Manager and in close collaboration with the Chief of IAH, the Information Management Specialist will support digital and analytics initiatives to improve efficiency, insight, and innovation across OHCHR. The incumbent will be a UNOPS personnel under full responsibility.
Note: Although the primary duty station is Geneva, Switzerland, consideration may be given for a home-based arrangement depending on the candidate's personal situation. For home-based positions, a location-specific fee scale applies.
The successful candidate will contribute to OHCHR’s digital transformation efforts.
Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in relevant fields.
Develops and implements sustainable business strategies, thinking long-term and innovatively.
