• deep understanding and experience with Access Management and Identity, Governance and Administration
• ideally 5 or more years working as an architect within access management domain in large, global financial institutions
• experience with Microsoft Azure and Omada is essential
• familiar with an Agile practices
• proven track record of successfully contribution from an architectural stand-point, delivering access management solutions or programs
• excellent documentation skills to present complicated architectural challenges to all ranges of stakeholders from CTO to Engineer
• successful management of complex and diverse tasks, while meeting key objectives and timelines
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• expertise in Cybersecurity organization practices, operations, risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering and threats and vulnerabilities
• ability to manage competing priorities and deliver iteratively
