Partner - People Consulting - Hr Transformation

The People Consulting Practice (PC) is focused on putting humans at the center of any business transformation. Within People Consulting, this particular role is focused on the HR function itself. You need to be an expert at helping clients achieve an HR function that is best in class, efficient, and effective in delivering value to the business it supports.

Your key responsibilities

1. Lead the HR transformation capability and develop go-to-market strategies.
2. Engage with clients to understand their HR transformation needs and deliver tailored solutions.
3. Help clients design an HR Strategy that is fit for purpose.
4. Drive consulting projects focused on HR Operating model transformation.
5. Sell and lead consulting projects for GBS and SSC design, setup, and implementation for the HR function.
6. Oversee the implementation of digital HR solutions, including Workday and SuccessFactors, as well as niche technologies such as AI in HR.
7. Manage a team of specialist consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality delivery.
8. Develop strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products.
9. Drive business development activities, including client presentations and pursuit meetings, to sell work and foster an inclusive work environment.

Skills and attributes for success

1. Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in Digital HR.
2. Proven track record in setting up and rolling out initiatives covering GBS and SSC setup for HR, Workday, and SuccessFactors.
3. Sector experience in Pharma, Consumer, Financial Services, or Advanced Manufacturing.
4. Ability to manage diverse teams across multiple projects, providing direction, inspiration, and motivation.
5. Proven ability to foster sustainable client relationships.
6. Fluency in English; German and French are desirable.
