To strengthen our Process Excellence team, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Engineer. In this role, you are responsible for structuring, implementing, and maintaining resilient processes and living your passion for process management. You will report to the Head of Process Excellence, and the working place will be in Olten.

Your main tasks

  1. Analyze, develop, and improve processes in close collaboration with the process owners to ensure the respective processes are effective and efficient.
  2. Support the identification of risks within the processes and support the design of corresponding controls in alignment with Alpiq’s ICS.
  3. Lead or participate in projects for business process improvements.
  4. Maintain and enhance the process documentation in the BPM Tool (Signavio).

Your profile

  1. Master's degree in Business Administration / Engineering or equivalent.
  2. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Business Process Engineer.
  3. Good command of MS Office; experience with Signavio is an advantage.
  4. Structured and analytical mindset.
  5. Independent, open-minded personality.
  6. Proficient in English and German; ideally advanced in French or Italian.
  7. Ideally profound ICS and process improvement knowledge/experience.
