Your role

As Corporate Actions / QI RECON Specialist at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are responsible for analysing, notifying and processing the full range of Corporate Actions and provide the full range service for the bank's QI RECON process.

Your responsibilities

1. Write notification letters to Relationship Managers and clients - Transmit instructions to our custodians
2. Book the full range of voluntary and mandatory (with choice) Corporate Actions events in client accounts and other business units (cash and/or securities)
3. Review & control the performed Corporate Actions bookings
4. Assist Relationship Managers in all Corporate Action related questions and life-cycle events
5. Support in the further development of our Corporate Action tools
6. Participate in the QI RECON process

Your profile

1. University degree in a financial market related discipline or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
2. 3 years of practical experience in the field of financial markets / operations
3. Basic knowledge in the area of QI RECON processes
4. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq and Fitax is an advantage
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
6. Willingness to take responsibility
7. Very good command in English
