Develop and implement a comprehensive Health & Safety Management System (aligned with ISO 45001)
Drive cultural change and ensure continuous performance improvement
Support initiatives such as auditing, incident analysis, reporting and risk management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed standards and best practices
Around 10 years of professional experience in Health & Safety, ideally in a production environment
Solid knowledge of ISO 45001, behavioural safety, and key risk areas (e.g. machine safety, ergonomics, incident investigation)
Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions and levels
Fluency in English required; other languages are a plus
A key role with visibility and impact in a well-established, international company
