Global Engineering Manager
As the Gearless Mill Drive (GMD) Service Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of service engineers to deliver comprehensive services to our customers, including remote and on-site support, installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, back-office engineering, consulting, retrofit engineering, customer training, and 24/7 support. You will formulate strategic plans, allocate resources, and ensure service delivery meets contractual and financial goals. Additionally, you’ll drive process improvements and strengthen team capabilities.
The role is hybrid and contributes to the GMD Business Line globally, collaborating with customers, local and global service teams, sales, project management, R&D, and quality teams. You will be responsible for leading the service engineering team, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and margin improvement. You will also mentor senior engineers and foster collaboration across regions.
