About the Role

Are you interested in identifying and managing risks in an international environment? Join us in the Center of Excellence for Technical Excellence Non-Life. You will have senior interactional leadership, driving alignment across the Helvetia Group, and serve as a connector and catalyst among stakeholders from various market units to ensure governance compliance for Risk Engineering (P&C).

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local risk engineering teams on governance matters.
• Develop and implement principles and frameworks for Risk Engineering group-wide.
• Implement tools (like Snaprisk, Majesco) to standardize risk assessment.
• Design and conduct training sessions for risk engineers.
• Establish platforms for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Perform technical reviews and monitor risk indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement of risk engineering processes.
• Work closely with Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, IT, and other teams.

Your Qualifications

• Extensive risk engineering experience in insurance.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Solid knowledge of governance topics and guideline development.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in an international setting.
• Fluent in English and German; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 25%).
