Commercial Operations Director (m/f/d)

Freelance/temporary employment for a project in Zurich. Start date: asap. Reference number: 819692/1.

Responsibilities

  • Support the commercialization of Qdenga in travel markets.
  • Manage EUCAN sales report development with input from LOCs and support of a vendor. Initiate periodic format revisions and update accordingly.
  • Develop and/or migrate data repositories to create a history bank for key events, including housing meeting materials (VRLT; Community Forum) and presentations such as business reviews, LOC brand plans; listing and tracking of clinical recommendations, etc.
  • Support EUCAN travel LOC engagements by scheduling, planning, coordinating, and minuting meetings.
  • Support key growth initiatives in line with the needs of travel LOCs.
  • Coordinate logistics related to key regional congresses in collaboration with the host EUCAN LOC.
  • Liaise with VBU and EUCAN functional counterparts to support travel market needs, including medical, access, and marketing.
  • Lead EUCAN CSEE and Wave 3 Launch LOC needs, oversee LOCs in identifying marketing and stock needs, and support or channel requests appropriately.

Profile

  • BSc/BA required; MSc/MBA preferred.
  • Experience in commercial operations within a multidisciplinary global environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analysis skills, and a creative/innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working in a matrix, preferably global, organization with cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.
  • Experience in the vaccine/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Experience managing/leading commercial operations and process improvements at various levels.
  • Experience in forecasting and lifecycle management activities is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and SharePoint.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are useful.
