Application Engineer (f/m/d)

Job Responsibilities

• Technical responsibility for the overall exhaust aftertreatment system
• Main technical contact for internal and external customers
• Project specific coordination of internal and external engineering activities
• Definition of technical scope and budget
• Piping and instrumentation diagram generation
• Support Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis/ Hazard and Operability analysis and key characteristics definition
• Support product engineering and product standardization
• Ensure compliance with certification and classification rules

Your Profile

• Successfully completed engineering degree in process/ mechanical/ system engineering or comparable
• Relevant professional experience is an advantage
• Knowledge about exhaust gas aftertreatment and combustion engines is an advantage
• High degree of autonomy and reliability
• Strong analytical thinking, teamwork and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality and a structured and methodical way of working
• Good written and spoken skills in English, German is an advantage
