Flow Hummus is a plant-based food startup creating fresh, functional bowls, salads and smooth hummus flavors. We're currently building strong B2B partnerships with cafés, coworking spaces and offices with the aim of delivering better food at work based on a smart & integrated order process.

We’re building a bold, plant-based lifestyle brand — with creamy bowls, sweet plant-based spreads, and a strong vision for workplace wellness. Our mission? Inspire people to eat food that feels good — clean ingredients, plant-based power, no compromise on taste.

Tasks

You will :

• Refine and develop our hummus recipes and bowl compositions
• Co-develop our new line of sweet plant-based creams
• Ensure our products are nutritionally balanced and functional
• Contribute to sourcing, scaling and improving taste & shelf life
• Help turn healthy food into something craveable & accessible

Requirements

• Passion for plant-based food, ingredients & nutrition
• Know-how in food product development, nutrition science or gastronomy
• A hands-on mindset with attention to detail
• Excitement for taste, texture and quality
• Commitment of ~4–8h / week to start
• Bonus : Located in Zürich (but not a must)
• Co-founder title & equity (tailored to your involvement)
• A front-row seat to building a meaningful food startup
• Creative freedom to shape the product roadmap
• Plenty of fresh food (and taste tests)
