About the Job

We are seeking a proactive and communicative Sales Consultant for our client, a leading Swiss mobile company, in Spreitenbach AG. If you enjoy selling, are tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills, this role is perfect for you. Immediate start or by agreement.

Responsibilities

Proactively approach customers with warmth and friendliness to make them feel welcome and valued in the shop, including those waiting.
Provide competent advice on all products and services, aiming to find efficient and straightforward solutions, recognize customer needs, and exceed expectations.
Present devices and services according to marketing and touchpoint design guidelines, making them attractive and experiential for customers.
Handle returned devices and prepare them for handover to customers, including providing information about readiness for pickup.

Profile

Completion of EFZ/EBA in sales or service environment.
Enjoy customer contact and have an interest in the industry.
Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
Experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics is a significant advantage.
