As an Export Clerk, you ensure that deliveries worldwide reach their destinations on time and smoothly. You serve as an important interface between sales, logistics, authorities, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Operational processing of incoming orders
• Coordination of transports, including partial creation of export documents
• Monitoring delivery deadlines and invoicing
• Serving as a competent contact for banks, chambers of commerce, certification bodies, and freight forwarders
• Supporting and advising sales on export and transportation issues

Qualifications

• Completed further training as an officially recognized foreign trade specialist
• Excellent German and English language skills; additional languages such as French are advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP SD
• Customer-oriented, independent, and team-oriented
• Flexible personality able to stay calm in a hectic environment
