Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing at Villars Palace, the Marketing & Communication Manager plays a key role in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for Villars Palace.

  • Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and digital evolutions to propose innovative actions to enhance visibility and marketing performance.
  • Define and execute an engaging and relevant content strategy.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing actions using key indicators.
  • Design and produce marketing materials (visuals, videos, brochures, newsletters, etc.).
  • Validate and control all editorial content in French and English.
  • Develop strategic collaborations and partnerships to increase the visibility of Villars Palace.
  • Work closely with internal departments (sales, events, F&B, HR, spa, etc.) to ensure effective communication.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers (communication agencies, graphic designers, printers, etc.).
  • Ensure regular reporting to management and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Offer support to internal operations when necessary, in a spirit of collaboration.

Your profile

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in branding and marketing
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive marketing plan
  • Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and managing paid campaigns
  • Proven experience in managing social media, preferably in the luxury sector
  • Strong network in public relations (PR)
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Creative mindset and proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing
  • Knowledge of website CMS — Webflow is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skillsAbility to manage external agencies
  • Leadership, autonomy, strong adaptability, and team spirit
  • Experience in hospitality is an asset but not essential
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality industry is essential
