Role Overview
This person is responsible for:
- Managing the global relationship, strategic joint business planning, and execution with AS Watson across APAC and EMEA markets.
- Delivering the DARE TO CARE scorecard with the customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage Customer Senior Leadership to build global joint business plans (JBP).
- Identify and partner with Customer to develop new business opportunities and demand generation programs aligned with strategies.
- Lead negotiation of global customer agreements (e.g., AS Watson).
- Partner with local markets to execute and track activation of global agreements across Asia Pacific.
- Develop Customer joint business plans (JBP) with local markets, aligned with company and customer strategies.
- Execute Kenvue business plans, SOBG strategy, and ensure profitability.
- Engage regional and global leadership on business trends, market insights, and planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; 10-12 years of business experience in FMCG environments.
- Strong experience in customer sales, negotiation, analytics, or marketing.
- Proven global customer management or project management experience.
- Ability to make strategic decisions considering regional and local market factors.
- Effective communication, negotiation skills, and data-driven insight presentation.
- Passion and ability to coach and develop team members.
- Resource management, risk assessment, and prioritization skills.
- Up to 20% travel may be required.
