Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an IT strategy.
• Plan IT systems to support this vision.
• Design system architecture (multiple systems and interfaces).
• Ensure systems are secure and reliable.
• Oversee the Cyber Security program.
• Establish and enforce cybersecurity standards.
• Review and update cybersecurity incident response policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and negotiate policy and practice.
• Manage the annual IT budget and investments.
• Ensure reporting to the audit committee.

Profile:

• MSc in IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in IT.
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems, security, networks, systems administration, databases, and data storage.
• Fluent in English.
