Position: Reliability Engineer – Aeronautics Sector

Contract: Permanent contract, full-time position

Salary: Competitive, based on experience (to be discussed during the selection process)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve reliability processes within the organization.
• Provide a global overview of reliability methodologies and strategies.
• Identify and implement design improvements related to reliability.
• Support definition, development, and testing phases to ensure compliance with reliability standards.
• Conduct and produce System-Level FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis).
• Work closely with design, manufacturing, and maintenance teams to optimize reliability and maintainability.

Our ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in reliability engineering in the aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety) processes.
• Experience with reliability assessments across the full product lifecycle: definition, development, and testing.
• Proficiency in FMECA analysis and system reliability evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Good knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to reliability and maintenance (e.g., ARP4761, MIL-STD-1629).
• English mandatory; German or any other foreign languages is a big plus.
