Training Professional (Retail Marketing)

We are seeking a Training Professional (100%) for a permanent position in our retail marketing team.

This role involves managing Retail Marketing Training & Education content and preparing timely training materials for classroom and online sessions. Responsibilities include collaborating with channel partners, training merchandisers, overseeing project management tasks (budget, schedule, quality control, reporting, review, documentation, etc.), and supporting the team of trainers.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Manage all training-related online systems (e.g., Samsung learning platform, social media, training homepage, integration with training partner platforms, etc.)
2. Manage KPIs and system/user growth (e.g., subscriptions, active users, views, etc.)
3. Create and manage training content (modules, videos, etc.)
4. Develop and maintain training systems, focusing on process and system/content innovation
5. Develop and monitor the ambassador program
6. Collaborate closely with the sales team, agencies, and manage the Master Trainer and Content Management team
7. Report at national and international levels to stakeholders and the head office in London and Suwon (South Korea)
8. Plan, organize, and deliver in-store training sessions
9. Evaluate training effectiveness and continually improve methods and materials

Skills and Qualifications

1. Degree in business administration or a related field
2. 3-5 years of experience with learning management systems in a similar environment
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
4. ERP experience, preferably with N-ERP, SAP, or similar systems
5. Strong project management skills
6. Excellent communication and coaching abilities
7. Fluency in German and English; French is a plus
8. Hands-on mentality, good time management, and ability to meet deadlines
9. Professional appearance and meticulous work style
10. Team-oriented, resilient, and committed personality
