Joining our 47,000-strong Operations team, you’ll have the chance to make an impact. PMI’s transition from selling cigarettes to smoke-free products has changed how we operate, affecting sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain planning.

As a Supply Chain Specialist focusing on Data Quality, you will collaborate with data owners and stewards to define standards, drive improvement initiatives, and monitor data quality across our global supply chain to maximize data value.

You will establish and mature Data Quality standards within PMI, providing insights from our Data Ocean platform and translating them into actionable recommendations.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Planning, Fulfillment, Logistics, IT, Manufacturing, and Quality, serving as the point of contact for data quality issues and connecting the right experts to resolve root causes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and future needs, best practices, and translate requirements into solutions, including data cleaning and lifecycle management.
  • Lead AI-driven logistics skill development, overseeing the deployment of AERA Decision Cloud Skills for warehouse, transport, and fulfillment.
  • Ensure the analytics portfolio aligns with digital landscape needs and support Supply Chain Excellence (SCE) requirements.
  • Assess capabilities regularly, identify gaps, and facilitate upskilling through training and analytics programs.
  • Develop communication frameworks for analytics, including newsletters and solution announcements.
  • Integrate logistics expertise with AI automation, machine learning, and real-time analytics.

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in TMS, WMS, order fulfillment, transport optimization, or real-time logistics.
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • Certification in project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of AI decision-making, machine learning, and digital supply chain tools (e.g., AERA, o9, SAP IBP, SQL, Python, Power BI).
  • Experience with robotics automation and Python coding is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
