Join us at VTU Group as a Senior Prozessingenieur:in / Verfahrenstechniker:in for biotechnological/pharmaceutical plant construction (m/w/d), 80-100%.

Responsibilities include:

• Participating in or leading plant construction projects in biotech/pharma
• Conducting process engineering planning and calculations for process plants
• Creating flow diagrams and P&ID schematics, specifying plant equipment
• Comparing supplier offers based on technical criteria, considering client specifications
• Organizing interfaces during plant installation or modification, coordinating between trades, subcontractors, and clients
• Leading or supporting commissioning, performance acceptance, and site supervision
• Leading engineering efforts, managing project teams, training and supporting junior engineers
• Residence near Visp or willingness to travel preferred.

Requirements:

• Technical qualification in process engineering, chemical engineering, pharma engineering, biotech engineering, or similar
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in developing, planning, implementing, and commissioning biotech/pharma plants
• Excellent German and English skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, engagement, and hands-on mentality
• Customer and quality-oriented, independent working style
• Enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams, strong team orientation
