Clinical Operations Lead

Our client, a Swiss biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to oversee ongoing clinical activities and lead a small team through a period of change and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can bring clarity, structure, and motivation to a fast-evolving team.
Your Tasks
- Lead and support a clinical team (CTLs and CRAs), providing day-to-day guidance and long-term vision.
- Oversee clinical trial execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure strong collaboration with CROs, regulatory, and market access teams to align clinical operations with global submissions and commercial strategies.
- Take ownership of clinical trial planning and forecasting, with a focus on accountability and proactive risk mitigation.
- Act as a key interface with internal stakeholders, including finance and executive teams, to report progress and secure alignment on timelines and resources. Drive motivation and engagement within the clinical operations team through structured leadership and transparent communication.
- Contribute to submission readiness activities and ensure operational excellence across the board.
Your Profile
- Medical Doctor (MD).
- Solid experience in clinical trial management, with prior oversight of both CTLs and CRAs.
- Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to growing or transitioning teams.
- Strong track record working with CROs, regulatory, and commercial access functions.
- Experienced in managing clinical timelines, budgets, and vendor performance.
