Job Description

Business Transient & Diplomatic Sales Manager

With your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experiences to guests staying at your property. You are professional, knowledgeable about your property, and build strong relationships with your guests.

What you will be doing:

  1. Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  2. Grow business in corporate negotiated and diplomatic segments, Consortia/Leisure, and Wholesale/FIT segments.
  3. Identify opportunities with travel professionals, manage relationships, and meet monthly sales goals.
  4. Develop strategic business plans to drive incremental sales revenue.
  5. Build relationships with key segment buyers and agencies to grow market share.
  6. Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events to find new business opportunities.
  7. Maintain hotel exposure through direct sales, calls, and communications.
  8. Nurture existing client relationships and develop new ones.
  9. Respond to business leads within 24 hours.
  10. Tailor hotel services to meet client needs.
  11. Communicate client requirements internally to ensure service delivery.
  12. Ensure accurate follow-up and communication with clients and internal departments.
  13. Perform other tasks as assigned.
