Mixed Signal IC Design Manager

I am recruiting for a highly regarded organisation in the Neuchâtel area to identify a Mixed Signal IC Design Manager who will lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of Mixed-Signal System-on-Chips (SoCs).

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee team leaders, fostering individual growth and empowerment.
• Enhance design methodologies and review processes.
• Collaborate with business units to define next-generation platforms and technology roadmaps.
• Ensure the availability of top-quality IP.
• Lead cross-functional engineering meetings and design reviews.
• Address critical design challenges and drive continuous improvements in performance, power, and quality.

Requirements :

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in the semiconductor industry and a proven track record in people management.
