We're building a unified Agentic AI wealth intelligence platform for family offices, UNHWIs, and private investors. The pre‑seed stage is ready with MVP and we are raising $2.5 M.

Role

Own technology vision and build an engineering team (2 → 10+ engineers). Architect a scalable AI‑powered fintech platform. Drive agentic AI strategy and financial intelligence systems. Lead hiring, product direction, and technical strategy. Shape fundraising and represent Finthos externally. Provide true co‑founder ownership, not VP Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own technology vision and build engineering team (2→10+ engineers)
• Architect scalable AI-powered fintech platform
• Drive agentic AI strategy and financial intelligence systems
• Lead hiring, product direction, and technical strategy
• Shape fundraising and represent Finthos externally

Qualifications

• 4+ years engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership
• Built 0→1 products to scale (100K+ users or $10M+ revenue)
• Deep AI/ML expertise (LLMs, agents, RAG, fine-tuning)
• Fintech/financial services/wealth management background
• Hired and scaled engineering teams
• Based in Zurich or Zug (preferred)
• Bonus: Startup founder/early CTO, raised funding, domain expertise in wealth management
