Your tasks

  • You are part of the Global Growth Marketing team and drive marketing success across our Oral Care portfolio in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • You own defined product lines and key marketing initiatives, from portfolio development to global go to market execution.
  • You plan and lead integrated global marketing campaigns across digital, professional, retail, and event channels, working closely with local markets.
  • You support product launches and ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • You collaborate closely with content, copywriting, branding and design teams to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency.
  • You track KPIs, analyze campaign performance and consumer insights, and derive recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • You work cross functionally with Product Management, Sales, Regulatory, Digital and other internal stakeholders to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.
  • You report to the Head of Category Marketing and Growth and receive strategic guidance from Senior Marketing Managers within your category.

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You bring several years of hands on marketing experience in B2C and or B2B consumer products, ideally within oral care, health care, beauty, or personal care.
  • You have proven experience coordinating international omnichannel marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and reporting.
  • You are experienced in project management and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders across markets.
  • You feel confident briefing and collaborating with creative agencies, designers, and content teams.
  • You work data driven and are comfortable defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally and manage stakeholders with ease.
  • You are familiar with modern marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Miro, Google Analytics, Asana, and the Adobe Suite, as well as MS Office.
  • You are fluent in English. German and any other language is a big advantage.
