HR Manager / Business Partner (w/m)

With your team of 10 employees, you will lead the HR organisation within your business area (approx. 1000 employees) and act as the HR centre of excellence on Group level.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Ensure that day-to-day HR operations and services run smoothly.
  • HR Consulting: Advise and support management and leadership on all HR-related matters and topics.
  • HR Processes: Oversee, streamline, and optimize all HR processes (recruitment, HR administration, suppliers, etc.) in your area of responsibility.
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement strategies and programs to promote employee development and retention.
  • Change Management: Support and guide organizational change processes.
  • Performance Management: Implement and enhance performance management systems and processes.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee support and counseling.
  • HR Projects: Lead and execute international HR projects to optimize HR processes and systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal policies.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR data to support strategic decision-making and improve HR processes.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, HRSE Federal Diploma or a comparable qualification with focus on HR.
  • Experience: Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international, complex, and heterogeneous corporate environment overseeing all HR relevant aspects including team leadership of about 10 employees.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development, HR services, change management, labor law, and performance management.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems (SAP, Workday).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with a high level of numerical affinity.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Personal Attributes: Pragmatic and hands-on approach, high initiative, responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills.
