We are looking for a Verkaufsleiter Schweiz Bereich Objekte 100% (m / w / d) for our sales organization. In this challenging role, you will lead and coordinate our national team of Key Account Managers and personally manage a customer region. Together with your team, you will ensure professional and sustainable support for our major clients (architects, general contractors, construction and real estate companies, housing cooperatives, investors).

Main Responsibilities

• Expand the KAM structure on a national level
• Define and coordinate tasks and priorities within our KAM team
• Develop and maintain the customer base
• Provide technical and commercial advice and support to our key accounts
• Plan, organize, and conduct customer events (company presentations, factory tours, training, etc.)
• Gather and analyze market-relevant information
• Participate in trade fairs
• Ensure administrative tasks are completed (visit reports, CRM, etc.)

You ideally have a technical education (preferably in the sanitary sector). You also have several years of successful experience as a sales consultant in the mentioned customer segments and possess an appropriate network. You have already gained leadership experience. You speak Swiss German and French (preferably also Italian). As a communicative, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality, you know how to build networks and convince our customers.
