Your Responsibilities

• Expertise: As a knowledgeable insurance advisor focused on pension and financial products, you understand the industry and its offerings. You will support and train our client advisors, serve as the first point of contact for pension-related questions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market analyses and develop strategies to identify and leverage opportunities in the pension and financial sectors.
• Expansion of Pension and Financial Services: Play a key role in building and shaping the insurance solutions in pension and finance. Planning marketing measures, implementation, and monitoring are also part of your responsibilities.
• Building Customer Relationships: Establish contacts with companies, develop long-term relationships, and continuously expand your client portfolio.
• Teamwork: Contribute to the professional and sales development of the Pension and Finance Expert Community at Helvetia.

Your Qualifications

• Knowledge: You have a solid education or degree and several years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Enthusiastic, eager to build, and enjoy working with various stakeholders.
• Communication Skills: An excellent communicator who can explain complex topics clearly.
• Analytical Thinking: You have a knack for numbers, think interconnectedly, and possess organizational and planning skills.
• Customer Focus: Customer satisfaction is important to you, and you strive to meet their needs effectively.
