Senior C++ Embedded Software Engineer 80-100% (m/f/d)

As an experienced and passionate C++ Embedded Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of our vision-based sensor portfolio and become a part of our interdisciplinary research and development team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborative design and development of embedded software solutions
• Providing the board support package (BSP), incl secure boot, for the entire hardware portfolio
• Product maintenance such as Linux Service Package Update
• Alignment with colleagues in mechanical and electronic hardware development
• Participation in software development on application level (optional)

What you bring to the table:

• Completed studies in the field of computer science or electrical engineering
• Profound knowledge of embedded software development with C++ under Linux
• Practical experience with driver development and network technologies (TCP-IP, Ethernet, etc.)
• Overall compute and memory system understanding (CPU/Cache, DRAM, DMA and MMU)
• Motivation to solve emerging challenges quickly and pragmatically
• Knowledge in embedded security and networks is a plus
• Willingness to continuously develop and learn new technologies
• Willingness to continuously improve as a team
• Good English knowledge, German skills are a plus
