We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our core IT & Network team. You'll support our employees with business applications and device management, while helping maintain top-level system availability and strong cybersecurity standards.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Management and development of Microsoft Intune solutions or similar for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
  • Configuration and deployment of Intune policies to ensure secure and compliant endpoint devices.
  • Integration of Intune with existing infrastructure platforms to support information flow and collaboration.
  • Management of Office 365 platform for mail and collaboration, Active Directory, backup administration, and security solutions.
  • Providing end-user support for endpoint devices and Office 365 applications.
  • Integration of infrastructure platforms and industrial systems to support information flow and collaboration.
  • Define, implement, and operate cybersecurity settings for endpoint and user applications.
  • Collaborate in defining and implementing standards, policies, and procedures for endpoint and user application management according to ITIL best practices.

Job Practicalities / Skills and Qualifications:

  • Higher education in Information Technology.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience within IT.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Office 365, including device management, application management, and conditional access.
  • Experience with configuring and deploying Intune policies for endpoint security and compliance.
  • Knowledge of VMware, Windows & Linux servers, workstations, laptops, and iPhone/iPad.
  • Proficiency in asset management tools, Active Directory, backup administration, and security solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Intune's role in enhancing endpoint security and user experience.
  • Familiar with ITIL process standards and main cybersecurity protocols and standards (ISO 27001, SOC 1, and SOC 2).
  • Ability to provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues related to endpoint devices and Office 365 applications.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe to support regional teams.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and innovative mindset.
  • Critical thinking and strong time management skills.
