ABOUT THE GRADUATE PROGRAM: TECH SAVVY OPERATIONS MAESTRO

Unlock the power of data and statistics in our 24-month graduate program at LocalBini. We're seeking analytical minds who thrive on challenges and want to make a lasting impact. Dive deep into startup operations, gaining a holistic view of the organization while working alongside management.

As a selected Candidate, you'll not only be an integral part of day-to-day activities but also leverage your data skills to support and launch projects. Your role will involve consulting with management and other teams to enhance processes using the latest technologies, including ChatGPT/AI.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Completed Master Degree in Finance, Management, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
2. Active mindset & flexible, out-of-the-box thinking to tackle complex challenges.
3. Fluent in English, and proficiency in either German OR French.

WHAT WE OFFER

1. An outstanding graduate program providing profound insights into the entire organization and a helicopter perspective on running a technology company.
2. A full-time position at LocalBini upon successful completion of the Program.
3. Graduate program salary (CHF 2.5k/month in first year and CHF 3.5k/month in second year) to cover full living expenses in Switzerland.

Commence your 24-month journey in St. Gallen, Switzerland, for the initial 18 months, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our operations. Subsequently, embark on a transformative 6-month mission abroad, broadening your experience and impact. The program culminates with a full-time role at your preferred office location enabling you to contribute directly to LocalBini's success.
