Global Director of Sales and Enrolment - Undergraduate

Your career path requires 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles within sales, enrolment, or commercial functions, preferably in the international education sector or a fast-paced, global environment. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but exceptional experience may offset academic requirements. You should have a proven track record of delivering strong commercial results and leading high-performing, multicultural teams across regions. You are strategic, entrepreneurial, and innovative, capable of designing and executing go-to-market plans that drive growth in competitive markets. Being highly data-literate and using insights to inform decisions, optimize funnel performance, and enhance the customer journey are essential. You should possess strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.

As Global Director of Sales and Enrolment UG, you will set the strategic vision and lead the global execution of undergraduate enrolment efforts across Sommet Education’s Glion and Les Roches brands. Your role will focus on driving growth through innovation, channel development, and customer-centric strategies, ensuring the achievement of enrolment and revenue goals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of undergraduate recruitment—expanding market presence, elevating the student journey, and enabling a high-performing, globally distributed team to deliver excellence at scale. Additionally, you will act as a key cross-functional connector, aligning commercial, academic, and operational priorities to deliver long-term value for students and the institution.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing the global sales and enrolment strategy for undergraduate programs across Glion and Les Roches, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, market dynamics, and growth objectives.
  • Leading the development of core UG recruitment channels, including high schools, academic pathway partnerships, and agent networks—expanding reach, optimizing performance, and enhancing brand visibility across key markets.
  • Overseeing the full enrollment pipeline, driving conversion excellence, maximizing ROI across acquisition channels, and ensuring consistent achievement of enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Inspiring, leading, and scaling a high-performing global team, including senior market leaders—fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development.
  • Championing a data-driven and customer-centric approach across the funnel—leveraging insights to enhance student engagement, optimize conversion strategies, and improve the end-to-end student journey.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue, Admissions, and Academics to shape and execute go-to-market strategies, support product innovation, and ensure best-in-class student experiences globally.
