Responsibilities

• Support the SCM management in strategic and operational leadership of the department.
• Ensure efficient planning, control, and optimization of the entire supply chain.
• Assist in coordinating procurement, logistics, disposition, and production.
• Analyze processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Work closely with internal interfaces such as purchasing, production, quality, and sales.
• Represent SCM leadership in their absence.

Qualifications

• Completed education with further training in supply chain, logistics, or business administration.
• Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, preferably in food, pharma, or raw materials industries.
• Excellent ERP skills, ideally SAP.
• Analytical thinking, independent working style, and high initiative.
• Strong communication skills and leadership potential.
