Tasks
- Assembly of complete handpieces (subassemblies, peripherals, etc.) in accordance with defined process instructions
- Testing of mechanical, optical, and electronic components as well as software
- Performing final inspections in compliance with quality requirements
- Proactive contribution to the continuous optimization of assembly processes
- Participation in complex problem-solving in collaboration with other specialists
- Option: Assumption of team leadership, including supervision, support, and development of 2–3 direct reports, as well as coordination with the Director of Production
Profile
- Technical vocational training as a watchmaker, electronics technician, automation technician, electromechanical technician, or similar
- Solid knowledge in assembly, adjustment/alignment, electrical and electronic systems; ideally experience in assembling precision mechanical components
- Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of Excel-based technical software is an advantage
- Strong quality awareness, manual dexterity, and a precise, accurate working style
- High level of initiative, perseverance, and flexibility
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of teamwork as well as cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency in German (written and spoken); English and French are an advantage
