We are working with a global pharmaceutical company at the forefront of monoclonal antibody innovation. Their biotherapeutics MSAT team plays a critical role across the product lifecycle—from development through commercialization—ensuring robust manufacturing processes and continuous optimization across global networks.

They are now hiring a Director – MSAT Biotherapeutics Drug Product, to lead global value optimization (VO) initiatives within the Large Molecule Drug Product Platform. This is a rare opportunity to set technical direction at a strategic level, driving harmonization, innovation, and performance excellence across multiple sites and cross-functional teams.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead a global team of Technical Owners and MSAT leaders, overseeing lifecycle management, tech transfers, process performance, and investigations.
  • Define platform strategy, manage resource allocation, and lead business planning for both internal and external manufacturing sites.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement process optimization and technology innovation projects across the platform.
  • Serve as the technical voice and change champion, aligning with stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Value Chain Management.
  • Mentor and coach talent, fostering an empowering culture that promotes excellence, agility, and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

  • 12–15+ years in manufacturing sciences, process development, or related areas (or 10–12+ with an advanced degree).
  • Deep expertise in biochemical drug product manufacturing and lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience in strategic leadership, matrix management, and driving cross-functional execution.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect technical strategy to value creation.
  • Hands-on understanding of GMP, E2E supply chain, and regulatory/quality frameworks.
  • Experience managing teams and fostering high-performing environments across geographies.

Why This Role?

You’ll report into a highly accomplished global MSAT leader with a passion for innovation and people development. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys shaping global strategies, and wants to make a tangible impact across a world-class biopharma portfolio.
