Job Description

  • Develop expertise in marketing strategy and planning in collaboration with multiple stakeholders—SMEs, sales, accounts, and offer leaders.
  • Execute broad-spectrum marketing initiatives, strategizing and implementing full-funnel marketing strategies to increase market share and internal adoption.
  • Collaborate with dispersed matrix teams across Corporate, Sectors, Global Business Lines, Regions, and Partners.
  • Work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and possess strong project management skills.
  • Show sensitivity to varied cultural and ethical viewpoints.
  • Manage senior stakeholders effectively within a matrix organization where influence is key.
  • Advise and influence senior management, making decisions in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments.
  • Maintain good business knowledge of the IT landscape and emerging technological innovations to communicate solutions effectively.

Primary Skills

  • Enhance operational and technological efficiencies through new processes or systems to boost productivity within the marketing portfolio.
  • Design and execute multichannel marketing campaigns and collaborate with various teams for offer launches and content creation to increase market and mind share based on strategic objectives.

Secondary Skills

  • Increase leadership visibility within the organization and portfolio.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach, tracking KPIs and measuring campaign success or failure.
