Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a trusted point of contact for guest inquiries and ensure seamless booking experiences
  2. Verify VIP arrivals and coordinate personalized in-room amenities and upgrades
  3. Conduct market research and maintain detailed follow-up records to support strategic decision-making
  4. Ensure flawless execution of Banquet Event Orders with a strong focus on quality and detail
  5. Maximize revenue from food, beverage, and event spaces through strategic upselling
  6. Develop and implement creative sales initiatives together with the Sales & EAM Commercial team
  7. Assist in maintaining banquet, food, and beverage costs for highest profit
  8. Focus on revenue generation and profile building for the resort and spa
  9. Assess marketing strategies and tactics to remain relevant and effective
  10. Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and safety regulations in all operational areas
  11. Bilingual in English and French; German is an asset
  12. Experience in luxury hospitality, sales, and event management
  13. Familiarity with Opera and Delphi Salesforce systems is an advantage
  14. Maintain outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously while overseeing hotel operations
  15. Communicate professionally and confidently with clients across all channels
