Location: Remote (Virtual Company)
Compensation: Commission-based initially (15% of closed deals);
Promotion to Sales Manager: includes a $4,000/month base + 3%-5% override on team deals (OTE $200,000+)

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Start as an Acquisition Rep, mastering our proven sales processes and systems
- Close wholesale real estate deals virtually (incoming leads, outbound prospecting, negotiations)
- Demonstrate your sales ability, attention to detail, and leadership qualities over your first 30-60 days
After proven success, transition into a Sales Manager role where you will:
- Lead and coach acquisition reps
- Run sales meetings, call calibrations, and performance reviews
- Oversee CRM management and lead flow
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales — Real estate, inside sales, or high-ticket closing preferred
- Leadership skills: You naturally inspire, coach, and hold others accountable
- Detail-oriented: You stay organized and manage pipelines and KPIs effectively
- High energy, self-driven, and passionate about growth and leadership
- Comfortable working fully remote using CRM and communication tools
