Location: Remote (Virtual Company)

Compensation: Commission-based initially (15% of closed deals);

Promotion to Sales Manager: includes a $4,000/month base + 3%-5% override on team deals (OTE $200,000+)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Start as an Acquisition Rep, mastering our proven sales processes and systems
  • Close wholesale real estate deals virtually (incoming leads, outbound prospecting, negotiations)
  • Demonstrate your sales ability, attention to detail, and leadership qualities over your first 30-60 days

After proven success, transition into a Sales Manager role where you will:

  • Lead and coach acquisition reps
  • Run sales meetings, call calibrations, and performance reviews
  • Oversee CRM management and lead flow
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in sales — Real estate, inside sales, or high-ticket closing preferred
  • Leadership skills: You naturally inspire, coach, and hold others accountable
  • Detail-oriented: You stay organized and manage pipelines and KPIs effectively
  • High energy, self-driven, and passionate about growth and leadership
  • Comfortable working fully remote using CRM and communication tools

$200,000+ OTE
